Carol Marshall
Introduction to the world of entertainment publicity for an eager young Marshall came in 1979 when she was hired to work as an assistant for one of the earlier well-known entertainment firms, Solters/Roskin/Friedman. Being thrown into the action was beneficial for the hands-on learner and she gained some of her first experience working with big names such as Frank Sinatra, Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas, Ringling Bros. & Barnum & Bailey Circus and the Grammy Awards. She then went on to work at entertainment publicity powerhouse PMK/HBH for 24 years. There she had the opportunity to work with such clients as Meryl Streep, Robert Redford, Jessica Lange, Jimmy Smits, Barry Manilow, Peter Jackson, Cameron Crowe and a myriad of films by such directors as Woody Allen, Mike Nichols, Robert Altman, Norman Jewison, as well as the Santa Barbara International Film Festival, among many others.
On May 1, 2005, Carol Marshall took her 27 years of experience, knowledge, skills and a little chutzpah and opened up her own shop. It was a tough decision to venture on from PMK/HBH after 24 years, but Marshall was excited to go at it on her own and with the help of a great team!
Stephenie Hope
Being third generation in the entertainment industry has allowed Stephenie Hope to have solid roots within the Hollywood community. After working for 15 years as a Talent Executive for various productions including the Emmy’s, and Broadway at the Bowl, as well as at various industry channels such as E! Entertainment Television and Disney, she made the transition to publicity. While knowing many of the industry participants, the move from booking to publicity has proven to be a great fit.
